What to Tell Our Dispatcher

• The business name and address, and which door you need open
• The type of lock if you know it: deadbolt, storefront lock, panic bar or keypad

• Who will meet the technician with ID

Proof of Access

Before we open a business, we ask for ID and something that shows you own or manage it, such as a business card, lease or a call from the owner. It is the same check we would want if it were our own premises.
